This month we celebrate one year since the inauguration of Cooperativa La Hermandad’s Eco-Tourism Lodge, a project financed by The Working World.  By receiving groups from American universities and offering a range of tours and lectures, the Cooperative has been able to cancel nearly half of its loan and educate students about the environment, local history, and sustainable coffee production.  We congratulate them on their first year and wish them much success in the years to come.  Adelante!
